Narrator: HospitAlert makes sure that when someone in your care needs you, you're not the last to know. HospitAlert detects when they arrive at a hospital or emergency room, and checks in to make sure they're okay. If they can't respond, HospitAlert notifies the people who matter. Setup takes less than two minutes.
Let HospitAlert be there when it matters most. HospitAlert. Know the moment they arrive.
Set it up once. It stays quiet until it matters.
No buttons to press, no timers to start. HospitAlert only speaks up when a phone reaches a hospital — and checks with its owner first.
- Step 1
They arrive
Your parent's phone enters a hospital or ER. HospitAlert recognizes the location in the background.
- Step 2
We check with them
Their phone asks, "Hospital detected — everything okay?" Visiting, working, or driving past? One tap and nothing is sent.
- Step 3
Circle notified
No response in the window they chose (5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes)? Their circle gets the hospital, its number, and their medical card.
Everything you'd scramble for, already in hand.
-
Which hospital, exactly
Name, address, and directions. No calling around.
-
One tap to the ER desk
The hospital's number is right there in the alert.
-
Their medical card
Allergies, medications and notes they chose to share, ready for the care team.
Private by design. Never tracking without consent.
HospitAlert doesn't share a live map. It only speaks up at a hospital — and only for people who agreed to it.
Both people opt in
The person being looked after agrees during setup. Either of you can leave the circle anytime.
No location history
Your circle never sees where someone is day to day. Only a hospital arrival, and only if unanswered.
Encrypted and minimal
We keep only what the alert needs. Medical details are shared only with the people they choose.
Questions families ask.
What if Mom is just visiting someone at the hospital?
Her phone asks first. She taps to dismiss and nothing is sent. If she works at a hospital, she can name that one hospital as her work hospital.
Does she need to do anything day to day?
No. After setup, HospitAlert runs in the background.
Will it drain her battery?
It's designed for efficient background checks, not constant tracking.
Is HospitAlert a medical service?
No. It's a family communication tool and doesn't provide medical advice.
Which phones are supported?
HospitAlert works on iPhone (iOS 16.1 and later) and Android phones (Android 11 and later). For watches, it supports Apple Watch only.
Some calls you wait for. This isn't one of them.
